Day 1
Srinagar
Night StayTour guests will arrive at Srinagar Airport as per their scheduled flight. Upon arrival, Veena World Tour Manager will meet these guests at the airport and guide them with airport formalities and lead the way into the city. Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own at the first destination as per the information and guidance given by the Veena World Travel consultant. J&L guests should book their to and fro air tickets as per the arrival and departure time of the scheduled tour flight to get the airport transfers with the group. In case of early arrival or early departure the transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the J&L guests. Today we experience a stay at the floating boats, famously known as Kashmiri Houseboats which are designed with the local interiors.

Day 2
Srinagar – Pahalgam
Night StayToday we proceed to Pahalgam. En-route we view the Saffron fields at Pampore followed by a visit to Avantipur ruins. Upon arrival we have time to stroll at the Mall road of Pahalgam. In the evening we enjoy a short Meet & Greet session.

Day 3
Pahalgam – Srinagar (3 Nights)
Night StayToday we enjoy a Walk & Click tour of Betaab valley. Later we spend some time playing in the snow at Chandawari. Further we proceed back to Srinagar en-route we visit Kashmiri Cricket Bat Factory and take a photo stop at Apple Valley and Walnut Plantations

Day 4
Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
Night StayToday we enjoy an excursion to Gulmarg - 'Meadow of Flowers'. We enjoy the famous Gondola ride (one of the highest in the world) to the second phase Apharwat point. We later enjoy, play and have fun time in Snow, also one can take up skiing and snowboarding activities (at own cost). After coming back to Srinagar, we have free time for shopping. In the evening we enjoy a get together with our travel companions. Important Notice: Gulmarg Gondola Ride Ticket Booking • Gondola ride tickets for Gulmarg are booked online for each guest, using their name as per Aadhaar. The availability of these tickets depends on the Jammu & Kashmir Cable Car Corporation’s schedule for opening the online reservation slots. • Ticket availability is extremely limited, while demand is very high. As soon as the slots open, they get booked almost immediately. Moreover, the opening time of these slots is neither pre-decided nor fixed, making the booking process even more challenging. • Ticket booking is processed only after the guest’s tour booking is confirmed and is subject to slot availability. Since bookings happen nationwide the moment slots open, ticket availability cannot be guaranteed for all guests. • In case Gondola tickets are unavailable, we will continue trying until the last moment. If tickets are still not secured, guests will receive a refund of ?2,000 per person during the tour. Additionally, we will arrange alternative sightseeing at no extra cost. Gulmarg is situated at a high altitude, which may pose challenges for guests with certain health conditions. Furthermore, for minors, senior citizens, and guests with pre-existing medical conditions, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before planning your visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

- Govt. Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned
- TCS (5% or 10%) upto 10 lacs and TCS @20% on amount above 10 lacs is applicable on GST inclusive price w.e.f. 01st April 2025. 10% TCS in case of PAN is not linked with AADHAR i.e. PAN Status is Inoperative as per Income Tax
- TCS is applicable for packaged tours only. Additional TCS of 5% or 10% calculation, depends on the PAN status against PAN card of primary booking contact guest. In case Indian national primary booking contact submit valid TAN details at the time of booking, no TCS will be charged.
- Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt. Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category
- Cost of Air ticket deviation charges
- Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour

- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
- To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, insurance, visa fees to join/leave the group for joining and leaving guests
